I joined Carda Health because I strongly believe in the benefits of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and appreciate its mission to make it more accessible through online services. I am passionate about helping people prevent and manage health conditions by sharing my knowledge of physical activity. In my free time, I enjoy long-distance sports such as road cycling and running, as well as cooking and baking to support my active lifestyle.
