Meet Haley Uher

Haley Uher, BS, MS, ACSM-CEP, EIM, serves as the Head of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Carda Health, where she leads advanced virtual cardiopulmonary rehabilitation programs. A passionate advocate for the clinical exercise physiologist profession, she has dedicated over a decade to cardiac and pulmonary care, spanning hospital-based clinical roles and executive clinical leadership. This year, she is proud to spearhead Carda Health's newest offering: the renowned Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease.

Her deep-seated passion for cardiopulmonary rehab is intensely personal. After losing her beloved grandfather to congestive heart failure during her freshman year of college, she made it her life's mission to honor his memory by helping patients reclaim their cardiovascular health focusing on bridging clinical excellence with empathetic person first care.

An active voice in her field, she currently channels her academic and professional expertise back into the community as a board member for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Exercise Science program where she earned her degree. Raised on a rural Pennsylvania farm, she maintains a deep love for the outdoors through gardening and hiking. She is also a competitive regional and national bikini bodybuilder, a proud mom to her daughter, and a devoted dog owner.
